When you use Qlanzo, we collect the following types of information:

Account Information

• Phone number or email address — used to create and secure your account
• Username, bio, profile photo, and gender — profile details you choose to provide

Content & Activity

• Messages and chat content — the messages you send within the app
• Game activity, scores, and match history — your in-app gaming records

Technical Data

• Device token (FCF) — used to deliver push notifications to your device
• IP address and approximate location — collected for security and fraud detection purposes only
• App usage data — crash reports and performance data collected anonymously via Firebase Crashlytics

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate the app: authentication, messaging, and gaming features
• To send notifications: alerts about new messages, friend requests, and game invites
• To ensure safety: detecting and preventing abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity
• To improve the app: using anonymous crash and performance data to fix bugs and enhance reliability

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase as our backend infrastructure. Your data is processed by Firebase under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

4. Data Retention

• Your account data is retained until you delete your account.
• When you delete your account, your profile, messages, and game history are removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Some data may be retained for a longer period if required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights

As a Qlanzo user, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Edit your profile: Update your username, bio, photo, and other profile details at any time from within the app.
• Delete your account: Go to Settings → Delete Account to permanently remove all your data from Qlanzo.
• Request a copy of your data: Contact us at the email below and we will provide you with a copy of your data.

6. Children

Qlanzo is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

7. Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Firebase App Check is used to prevent unauthorized access to our backend API.
• We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Firebase Authentication.
